Jeff Hardy arrested in South Carolina

TMZ is reporting that former TNA and WWE Champion Jeff Hardy was arrested and booked for public intoxication and impairment while in Myrtle Beach, SC. This is his second alcohol related arrest in just over a year. Hardy has been out of action since May recovering from knee surgery.
