Ringside News is reporting that NXT Champion Johnny Gargano is dealing with an injured knee and has been working in a backstage capacity during NXT Live events in Florida. There are reports that Garganno has been dealing with the injury since early March. He is still scheduled to defend his NXT Championship at NXT XXV in Bridgeport, CT on June 1st.
