Tommaso Ciampa to have neck surgery

In some unfortunate and unexpected news, Tommaso Ciampa will undergo neck surgery tomorrow. WWE.com states following a medical evaluation Ciampa is scheduled to have an anterior cervical fusion. He will miss a significant amount of time and will more than likely be forced to relinquish the NXT Championship.
