D-X announced for Hall of Fame

WWE has confirmed via ESPN - Degeneration X is the first, announced inductee into the 2019 WWE Hall of Fame. The induction will be inclusive of the entire stable with first time HOF appearances for Triple H, X-Pac, the New Age Outlaws, and Chyna. While there has been some controversy over the induction of Chyna into the companies HOF, an online campaign earlier this year pushed WWE to set aside politics for public interest after many fans and friends of Joanie Laurer (Chyna) came to her defense via petitions and social media. Shawn Michaels will be an official 2x Hall of Famer; he was originally inducted as an individual in 2011.
