Mick Foley returns to Hell in a Cell

Mick Foley made his return to the ring tonight on RAW. For the first in almost 20 years Foley will return to the Hell in A Cell match, this time as a referee. The King of Hardcore announced that Stephanie McMahon had named him as official for the WWE Universal Championship match between Roman Reigns and Braun Stroman.
