Cabana sues Punk for legal fees

The Chicago Sun-Times is reporting that Scott Colton (Colt Cabana) is suing Phillip Brooks (CM Punk) for breach of contract and fraud. The two, long-time friends who just successfully defended themselves against a defemation lawsuit from WWE doctor Chriopher Amann now find themselves squaring off against each other in court. Colton claims that Brooks stiffed him on legal bills and he is now trying to recoup his losses.
