On January 17th, for the first time in history, a WWE Champion will go one on one with an IWGP champion. As of this posting, Pete Dunne has held the WWE United Kingdom Championship for 232 days - winning the belt from Tyler Bate on May 20, 2017 in Chicago. He will square off against Will Ospreay, who won the IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship just 5 days ago at Wrestle Kingdom12 in Tokyo. The match will take place at the Unit 9 events venue in Milton Keynes, England for the International Pro Wrestling: UK event Magnificent Zeven.
